The 1-2-3 step cornerstone of streamlined skincare ritual.
Suggested nurturing botanical trio for diverse natural occurring changes that skin goes through. We suggest a minimal and consistent approach to a skin support regime that does not throw off the natural skin balance and meddles with the skin’s microbiome. And that’s where the mentioned trio enters the scene with moisturising and renewing skin’s cells but also supporting skin’s elasticity and balancing uneven tone and texture. And also easing those breakouts when they occur because they happen as a natural process our skin goes through. All of the botanical oils in this team are preserving the natural processes that our skin goes through, but sometimes that happens after sizing down an exhausting number of products we use on our skin. 3 is a good number.
n°1 as a basic everyday lightweight oil and oil cleansing agent, n°2 as a night care protocol and n°3 for soothing the possible breakouts during nighttime skincare or as a shaving oil.
To be used on Face-Body-Hair. Day and/or Night. As a body oiling agent in the shower following the traditional Ayurveda ritual. Can be used as an oil face cleanser.
Face care: Apply a few drops (3-5) drops of oil to the palms and gently massage into the face, neck, and décolleté for a minute or two, by doing this you are helping your lymphatic system, prior to application or after you can add a light floral hydrosol to lock the moisture in.
As a face cleanser: Apply the oil to your dry face. Use your fingertips to gently massage the oil into the skin for a minute or two to remove impurities like makeup and dead skin cells, and let it penetrate the skin. Use a damp, warm washcloth to gently wipe away the oil. Be careful not to press too hard or scrub at your skin, as this can irritate the skin and cause breakouts. A smooth, soft washcloth is best. You can also rinse with warm water if you want some of the oil to stay on your skin. Your face should be hydrated when you’re done, but not greasy or overly irritated from wiping it down.
Body oiling massage: while in the shower, after cleansing your body distribute the oil on your wet skin ( face and body) and start a gentle massage. Rinse with warm water and finish with the cold. Pat yourself dry and go on with your day (or night)
Hair: add the oil to your hair ends to nourish them while wet or dry. Can be used on the roots or entire hair as a mask, massage thoroughly to activate the circulation.
Palm inhalation: add a few drops to your palms and rub them energetically to warm them up, cover your face with the palms and inhale deeply. This is an excellent method of use for quick and easy exposure to the anti-microbial, soothing and therapeutic effects of the oils.
